I have received all my Covid vaccinations plus boosters and currently have no restrictions in place unless you or a household member is positive with coronavirus.

I request that you do not book an appointment if you are displaying signs of Covid-19 and that if you do develop symptoms after already booking an appointment, that you please contact me to rearrange.
